We begin with a more intense flawless skin prep with our favorite hydro-gel mask and gua sha. We support and assist you throughout photos and provide touch-ups until right before you walk down the aisle. We leave you with our favorite Charlotte Tilbury mini beauty products as a thank you and congratulations gift.

After the initial beauty services are complete, we extend the luxury, red carpet experience. We catch any tears, keep you cool or warm and refreshed and provide touch-ups whenever needed. If time permits, we provide a reception hair and/or makeup alteration.

We apply a mattifying/sweat resistant skin prep and moisturize where needed. We apply natural blemish and even tone coverage. Depending on desired look, we provide wet or dry hairstyling. Hairline and bald spot filler is available upon request.

Once we receive a retainer and signed contract, the collaboration begins! Beauty inspiration boards are encouraged and your stylists will help with all things beauty related. For weddings we will work with your vendor team and curate a day of beauty timeline.
Your stylist will send a beauty prep guide to help you look and feel flawless for the big day. Now it's time to relax and enjoy your day and let us take care of you!

You are more than welcome to book a preview appointment first. We book all services as a first come first serve basis and will let you know if someone else is interested in booking the same date.
Previews are typically scheduled during the weekday based on your Lead Beauty Stylist's availability.
We have a $1250 weekend minimum Friday - Sunday.
After the initial beauty services are complete, we extend the luxury, red carpet experience. We assist and support you up until you walk down the aisle, we catch any tears, keep you cool or warm, refreshed and provide touch-ups whenever needed. We highly suggest The Flawless Concierge Experience for not only Summer weddings but destination weddings as well. Think of us as an extension of your Maid of Honor or planner. If time permits, we provide a Reception Hair and/or Makeup Alteration.
For weddings, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract at the time of booking. The remainder balance for weddings/special events are due a month prior to event date. For appointments, we require a 50% deposit and the remainder balance is due 2 weeks prior to appointment date.
Travel fee for on-location beauty services start at $100.
If additional help is needed to complete contracted services, we charge $200 per additional beauty stylist.
We have an Early Start Fee before 8 AM starting at $100 per stylist.
If there are multiple getting ready locations there is a fee starting at $150.
For any services booked on or a day away from a holiday/holiday weekend, there is a fee per stylist starting at $150.
Additional touch-ups are $175 per hour, per stylist.
There are no fees for hair clip-in installations and complimentary upgrade if your desired look requires airbrush foundation.
We allot at least 45 minutes per beauty services. For our Wedding Flawless Babes we try to allot 1.5 - 2 hours for hair and makeup. Exact times varies on beauty styles.
We have you cover the bare minimum for flights (from DFW/DAL/HOU) lodging and if needed, car rentals. We are happy to stay with other vendors.
